I am exposing Jenalyn Lamer Legaspi who committed marriage fraud and romance scam with her accomplice/ boyfriend John Matthew Pattugalan. Jenalyn is from Tuao Philippines and now lives in Calamba City Laguna and works at Need Ink Sales and services Calamba City. John is from Tuguegarao City and works for the city of Tuguegarao. My relationship began with Jenalyn on September 2018 on Facebook and Messenger and visited her and her family on May 2019. Had a commitment ceremony on May 18th 2019! Went home to start the fiance visa process! It took longer because of the pandemic and Jenalyn didn't arrive to Searcy Arkansas USA til February 1st 2022! We got married on March 3rd 2022 during that time Jenalyn was commiting marriage fraud by not consummating our marriage and she went back home to the Philippines on May 24th 2022 due to the annulment that stated she came to USA for financial and immigration gain. I have since learned in September 2022 that she had a 2.5 year to present affair with John Matthew Pattugalan. Their relationship began on December 18th 2019 while working at Need Ink Sales and services Tuguegarao. They defrauded me out of 40k money meant to support her, her daughter and family. The money was used for a new 2020 Toyota Vios with car payments of 200 dollars a month for the next 18 months. Also a apartment, Condos, hotel rooms travel and luxuries. Bought a pistol and taught Jenalyn how to use it by going to gun range often. They also planned to buy them a Condo as well. They both our in debt with car and credit card bills. They did this without me knowing or consent. Jenalyn and John plan was to defraud me while waiting for the fiance visa to get approved and then after we were married to defraud me in Marriage and use our marriage for financial and immigration gain. Jenalyn was here only in USA to get her work permit, permanent resident and green card to pay off debts and to divorce me and bring John Matthew Pattugalan to the USA. I reported her to USCIS Memphis Tennessee office with Fraud officer Kristen E Boyden and Jenalyn can't enter the United States ever again! Jenalyn also committed adultery by taking nude photos of herself in my bathroom and sending it to John to also prove they were still in a committed relationship while we were still married.
