Reports :

A military-themed profile reportedly using the name Reyes Mark is alleged to approach victims online and build trust through regular conversation. The account may use military photographs to appear disciplined, trustworthy, and genuine. Over time, the communication may become personal or romantic, helping the victim form an emotional attachment. Once trust is established, the scammer may begin describing financial problems or urgent personal situations. Requests for money can then be presented as temporary help rather than an obvious scam. The victim may be promised repayment or told that the money is needed before they can finally meet. According to the complaint, a large amount of money was allegedly lost.
