Scam Scenario

I started talking to joseph Voshell on Tinder about a month ago. He said he lives in FL and is CEO of an oil engineer https://agdrillingengineering.com/ his picture is on your site. He also sells cars on the side. I saw him on Skype. But did not hear his voice on Skype, but have spoken to him on the phone. I deleted his information after he asked me to buy an Amazon gift card for him. I later looked on Tinder and he was still there, but wouldn't reply to me. I know he uses Skype.
