Requested $40,000 to pay a fine imposed on him in Al Ain, UAE for negligence at a building site. .He sent photographs of his house which turned out to be an advertisement for wooden floors and the house was in Arizona not Texas. Sent photographs of his accommodation in Al Ain which proved to have been featured in a an Interior Designs book and was certainly not in Al Ain he photo shopped that very badly to show himself in the room.. Told me had a bank account in Malta. I checked and the bank do not have a branch there. I suspect he is actually African and not Italian as he claims. The site for his company Restrict is fictitious as the address and photographs of the premises is actually a Government Building.
