Oregon accepted provisional legislation in the year 2003 in the month of September which was effective until January 2 in the year 2006. The regulation have need of a tag ("ADV:") at the opening of the topic line of unwanted commercial e-mail, and forbid all money-making e-mail that make use of a third party's domain name with no consent or have a fake or deceptive subject matter line, point of origin, or map-reading information.
