Nathon responded to a used equipment advertisement on mec.ca, to which he committed to sending payment by cheque. This cheque never came. He subsequently requested credit card details such as number, bank name, expiration date, etc. so that he could transfer the amount owing. Naturally, we did not provide him with this information. He also refused to pay a Pay Pal pay request claiming he could only pay his debt owing if we were to provide him with our credit card details.

He claimed that his wife had recently had a baby and so was very busy and could not answer texts or emails on a timely basis. He basically picked a used merchandise for sale advertisement, agreed to purchase the item, stated that he sent payment...and when enquiries for the payment were made he solicited credit card information. This is his angle to get people's credit card details.
