Scam Report

I am writing this report to explain a Facebook World Cup ticket sale scam. A Facebook profile using the reported name Irvys Ibarras was reported in connection with a ticket sale for FIFA World Cup Dallas games. The victim said money was sent for the ticket, but the seller did not send the promised ticket. Messenger screenshots show the buyer discussing payment, asking for the ticket, and following up after sending money. A PayPal style payment screenshot shows a $300.00 payment connected to the name Desivid Ibarras Jimenez. The report claims the seller only refunded part of the money, stopped responding, and later locked the account. This appears to be a fake ticket sale scam where a seller accepts money through Facebook or Messenger and then fails to deliver the promised ticket. This record should be treated as a reported scam profile and not as confirmed real identity.
