Scam Report

This report is about a reported romance scam profile using the alias Frances Lee, also referred to as Frank. According to the warning post, the scammer contacted an older widowed woman and moved communication to WhatsApp, where affectionate language, daily messages, and emotional trust-building were used to gain confidence.

The report says the conversation later shifted to cryptocurrency and gold investments. The victim was allegedly introduced to a suspicious crypto website and encouraged to buy gold bars from a San Diego gold exchange. The post states that at least $18,000 was sent after the scammer claimed health problems and convinced the victim to take out a personal loan.

The warning also claims that AI-generated material and voice communication may have been used to make the profile appear more believable. This listing should be treated as a warning about the reported alias and profile activity, not as confirmation of the real identity of any person shown in the images.
