Reports :

What reportedly started as a dating-site relationship with Delson Sergeant developed into a long-running financial scam. The person allegedly claimed to be connected with the military and used affectionate conversation to build trust. The relationship reportedly continued for around eight months, giving the victim time to become emotionally invested. Promises of repayment may have made financial requests appear temporary and safe. The victim says a substantial amount of money was eventually lost. The person was also accused of obtaining credit-card information and using it until the card was maxed out. Names such as Nancy and Ryan were reportedly introduced during the relationship, possibly to support the story.
