Reports :
Began talking to Collins on Our Time. He said he was an engineer for oil company. He was in New York working on a contract. Then went to the Gulf of Mexico to organize the job on the oil rig, going to hire men to move a pipeline to another location. The employment agency in Norway wanted $4365.00 for training of the men.
Collins said he was at sea on rig and could not get to his bank account and wanted me to pay for them. I said no. He became very angry and continually fought with me daily. Finally I insulted him so badly he blocked me from his phone. Yeah! I am sure he was scamming me. I had never even met the man. He told quite a few lies as well.
