Met my friend 3 times. Story was she was hiding from an abusive ex. When he picked her up, a man was with her, who she claimed was her brother. Later told him she didn’t want to see him again. He tried going to the Airbnb where she had been staying, but she was gone. A few weeks later she called him, crying hysterically, saying he was the only one who could help her. She has since been texting from a different number, saying she is staying with a friend and using their phone. Her phone was shut down for a lack of payment. She requested $13. He did not give her money. More texts every few days asking for different amounts of money. He calls the number and nobody answers. Texts asking for money continue.
