This person is most likely operating with stolen identity. She tries you to get in to a video call trough Telegram if agreed after a short video trying to black mail money from you threatening to publish the video on the net and to your friends, work, Interpol etc. Claims to do this only to get money for her sister, who's in hospital at Ivory Coast for treatment for colon cancer. Told me she lives in Helsinki, where I live. But after I told that I would personally give her the money only if agreed to live meeting, was refused. Checked the Face book profile, there's only two photos and very little other information.
