Scamming scenario:
Billyan , wrote me via Tourbar giving me her phone to continue talking via whatsapp. Offered to be my guide in Kiev, asking for 150 USD advanced payment, as she lives in another city.I sent me the bank account and copy of the passport to make me trust her. She was writing all the time, but as soon as she got the money blocked me on whatsapp and stopped answering the messages via Tourbar.
