He contacted me on WAYN and indicated he is on this site strictly to research vacation ideas. He claims he has been divorced for 5 years and is a Neurosurgeon with MSF Doctors without Borders in Yemen. He is set to finish his assignment in September, 2017. He claims he has a 16 year old daughter who is currently in boarding school in the U.K. He asks to have you register for a fiance' application so he can start his vacation immediately. The application fee is $2k. I told him I could not afford that amount and persisted a little but then backed off. We have been communicating for over a week now, but I felt something was not right as some of the emails he sent.
