Ray Williams

Ray Williams or Raymond Reginald Williams is an Australian businessman and a fraudster. He was convicted of accounting and finance frauds of HIH insurance company where he served as the director from the year 1970 to 2001 until its collapse. The HIH insurance drowned in a massive debt of $5.1 billion which have been masked for long time by Williams with his frauds. He was sentenced to four years of prison with no parole for two years, from the year 2005.
