Told me he was General Commander in Canadian Army. Got pushy about getting on Skype but picture was very broken, his volume didn't work and then poof disappeared and would send me an email. The email was very long first half was well written, middle was broken English and last part was well written...sent up red light started Internet search and he popped up on this site. Thank you..
