Same as previous report on Frederick Ian Larsen. Met him on Plenty of Fish (POF). Sent plenty of pictures and flirtatious text messages. Was going to retire and we were going to buy a beach home in Florida. Claimed to be a Civil Engineer and was going to Vancouver, Canada because he was awarded this $2 million construction project in Vancouver, Canada. Left Jupiter, Florida to go to Canada.He began begging for money to invest in his project. He produced all kinds of fake documents, even a check for $2 million, and scammed me out of $16,000. Even had an agreement letter with a law firm from Canada. Sent $15,000 for business and &1,000 to send his granddaughter in California to pay for school expenses. He claimed that after he got to Canada, his visa expired and needed money to get back to the States.
