He initiated contact on Skype. We have corresponded for three months with a six week break somewhere in there. He immediately started telling me how he loves me, he lost his wife 7 years ago, has an 11 year old daughter who lives in Ecuador with her uncle. Says he is a consultant in Chemical Engineering and works for a company in Canada that is currently doing soil tests in the Atacama desert in Chile. Consistently mentioned that the phone network in Chile is bad but is able to send Skype messages.

Says he is a consultant but is no where to be found on the internet. Not even professional websites like LinkedIn. Mentioned he is half American and half Brazilian and yet his grammar is off! Mentioned he speaks a bit of Spanish which I found weird for a person from Brazil. I would think that he can either speak Spanish or Portugese. Offered to take me away on holiday! Guess what his budget was...USD 50,000!!!! Who spends such copious amounts of money on a holiday? He never once mentioned my name during our chats.
