Scammer ReportThis man claimed to be a contractor to the USA army as intelligence installation contractor. Had a daughter at medical college in USA. Said his bank card was taken by ATM at Nigerian bank and wasn’t able to get another card quickly. He couldn't pay the Nigerian workers he has employed, Wanted me to help him out with 2 to 3000 US dollars!
