I am an American Citizen who is honestly looking for a foreign woman to marry. Sadly I have met too many females who practice international mail fraud in their efforts to scam us innocent men for our money. Because I have been scammed at least twice before, I now take personal pride in fighting back. As a computer network engineer, I believe it is important to attempt to shut down these scammers at their source by contacting their ISP's who use their networks for international mail fraud scams.
