In such cases when the beneficiary doesn't have interest in the Trust Funds, the Trust Funds will be forfeited and all process will be closed. You are the open beneficiary for the Trust Funds at the moment and you have Power of Attorney over the Trust Funds as well, so you have the capability to pursue the claim on the Trust Funds.
