A phone number reported as 806-300-2400 has been connected with a suspected Geek Squad refund scam, fake invoice scam, subscription renewal scam, impersonation scam, and email phishing attempt. The report lists the scammer name as Urban Wiegand and the email address feayoawipreasmaivun995@gmail.com. The screenshot shows a fake Geek Squad invoice dated 30 June 2026 with help desk number +1 (806) 300-2400. The notice claims that a Geek Squad subscription has been renewed and includes billing details such as invoice ID 2026315RRBKMP, transaction ID 276571, renewal date June 30, 2026, personal subscription plan, internet security plan, two-year tenure, auto debit, order total of $349.99, and payment status marked successful. The message says the subscription will auto-renew every two years unless turned off and warns that the recipient has 24 hours to cancel and receive an immediate refund. This type of scam is designed to make victims believe they have been charged for a Geek Squad or internet security plan. Scammers use fake invoices, official-looking logos, renewal dates, transaction numbers, and urgent cancellation language to pressure victims into calling quickly. Once the victim calls 806-300-2400, the scammer may pretend to be Geek Squad support, Best Buy billing, refund support, or a cancellation department agent. They may ask for credit card details, banking information, passwords, verification codes, or remote access to the victim?s computer. Anyone receiving a message connected with this number should not call, should not reply, should not open attachments, and should verify billing only through official Best Buy or Geek Squad channels.
