Johnson contacted me in February, 2016. He was very polite and vague. The second chat he was panicked because his son Kelvin who was in a boarding school in Ghana needed money for a school project. He claimed to be on UN Cargo Ship near Barbados. There was no way for him to send his son money. At the time I had never heard of scammers. He asked me to send it. I taught school many years and love kids. I sent a large sum of money to the son. The son immediately thanked me and asked if he could call me mother. As months passed, the son needed more and more.

I could not afford to send money to the boy on and on. Micheal promised to repay me as soon as he retired. He was supposed to arrive at my home on March 6, but didn't get the early retirement. Then he was supposed to arrive on May 6, but was held in customs because he had 3 trunks of gold without the certificate to bring it into the country. By then I had LOANED him a lot of money. He wanted $50K to get the certificate. Then his son was in an accident, and he wanted me to go to Ghana to sign papers for surgery. I shudder to think what would have happened to me if I had had the money to do all he asked. Turns out that the son never existed. He has contacted me using six to eight other names - Charls Philip, Raymond Chandler, Danner Daniel, etc. On scammers he is called Charles Presten. He pulls every trick in the book to contact me.
