He is on many date websites and also on Facebook. He has the same face but different profiles.He chated with my friend on Skype, changing his face by using a special computer program. He claimed that he was the US general Afghanistan, and sent the false pictures where he wore the military uniform. These pictures were montage photos. We discovered his fraud before he wanted money.
