He has been my friend on Facebook but then he started acting strange. He says he retired from military service after Syria. He was on his way to meet me but then was having problems with his bank cards, tickets for plane expired. He somehow found out about tax refunds here. It scared me so I kept making excuses to not send money. Then he says he and his daughter are kicked out to streets cause he could no longer pay his hotel. He needed to pay his bill of $3,300.00. But again I gave an excuse then he tells me he & his daughter, Lisa are going back to London. Called me a liar, so I blocked him. All he kept talking about was money.
