He contact me on Skype in January of 2016 as James Williams. We began to chat. He told me he was my angel and wanted to get to know me. So we talked for seven months. In the process he said he didn't have a girlfriend and lived alone. He didn't have a job and needed help. But started out that he had a daughter who needed surgery.

I sent him money to help him for his daughter. Twice. Then, in May he and I had a conversation and he showed me his real self on Skype and said he wanted me to help him change his life. That he was tired of being a scammer. He is a 29 year old black man. DOB July 1958, he's 6ft tall and very thin. He doesn't own a car and lives in Tema Ghana. Then he asked if I would help him get to the United States so he could get help to change his life.
