I met him on Meet Me Then we went to Messenger and then Google Hangout. He said he owned an Oil company that processed crude oil. He was in Texas at the time we first started talking. He was then in Indiana for a conference. He then went to Oregon because he was going to process crude oil for Sapetro in Benin, Africa. He wanted me to meet him in Oregon said he would send me a plane ticket which he never did. I didn't hear from him for 2 months and then He said he was sorry for not contacting me sooner and I told him to get lost. In the beginning he said he was a widower and was looking for someone to spend the remaining years with. He was suppose to meet me in St Louis, MO in May but never came. He also said he would come meet me when he was in Indiana but never did. When he was in Benin he asked for money and I refused.
