He did not have a chance to scam me. I asked for a last name and became suspicious when I asked him if I could send him a friend request on face book and he told me he wasn't on face book. I had already seen his face book page under two different names. I was also suspicious because in his profile on Match. He said his name was Kevin but when he introduced himself he said his name was Brian. I tried to report him on match but it doesn't appear there is any way to report him as a scammer on their site.
