How is your day going? Is everything alright? I hope you’re doing well! As I mentioned, yesterday I met up with my dear friend Inga. We had a wonderful girls' chat, and of course, I couldn’t help but tell her all about you and our relationship. She was absolutely thrilled for us and wished us nothing but happiness!

I've known Inga since school—she's the one person I can trust with everything, and she knows all my secrets. We understand each other without even needing words. When she looked at me, I could see how genuinely happy she was for us, and she even noticed the sparkle in my eyes. It means the world to me that my closest friend supports me in everything. For a long time, she was worried that I had no private life and was living alone, so now she’s relieved to see me so happy! By the way, she’s sending you a big hello!

Inga was curious about how everything would work and how I’d be able to travel to your country, considering how expensive it can be. I explained to her that I’ve signed a contract with a medical association, and as part of my grant, I’m receiving an award of €3,000. This is the first installment of my funding, specifically meant for travel and accommodation expenses. According to the terms of the grant, my employer—who is one of the program's sponsors—is required to contribute 50% of the total amount. Once that is covered, a representative from the organization will handle all the arrangements for my transfer to your country. As soon as I arrive and settle into my new workplace, I’ll meet with a representative from the medical association within 2–3 days.

Inga was so happy for me, especially since I don’t have to cover anything myself apart from gathering the necessary documents. Everything else—the logistics, planning, and arrangements—will be taken care of by the organization and their representatives in the United States. We were so caught up in our conversation that we talked late into the night! Inga even stayed over at my place because it got too late for her to go home.
