Subject was involved in a four-year scam with a dear friend of mine; took him for thousands in gifts and cash, mink coat, computers and other electronic equipment. She had used all the classic scams, needing a computer, needing to move from apartment to apartment in Moscow, money for medical and dental care, and even money to help her mother not get evicted.

When he was ready to bring her to this country, he discovered that she had moved, several months before, to the Philippines from Moscow, and is living in the Verdana Homes complex south of Manila with her boyfriend. When he confronted her, she told him that she had decided a full year before that she would not be with him, even though she spent that year plying him for gifts and candy. A seriously cold-blooded woman.
