Description :
Got a message saying to call 888-677-7067 saying they were from Leigh County Processors on 6/2 regarding a complaint against me. So I called the number back and they told me if I didn't pay $920.12 they were serving me papers and taking me to court for a credit card debt from 2004 and would have to pay over $3000 with court costs. I panicked because I didn't want the embarrassment of them serving me papers at work and she kept telling me this was the last day and my only option was to pay the $920.12 to stop any more proceedings. So I gave my information to pay. When I got home I found out they left messages on my husbands phone and my fathers. My husband said in the state of PA they cannot collect after 4 years and Lehigh County would never call for something like that. Details |
