Vitaly Borker

Vitaly Borker is an American fraudster who defrauded people with his ‘online eyeglass websites Decormyeyes.com and opticsfast.com. He started his online eye store in 2008 with the idea of selling counterfeit luxury glasses. The customers who bought his products criticized him ruthlessly in Google which gained him popularity in the Google search page; and that popularity gained him ads on his page which yielded him more profit.

In the year 2011 he was accused of mail fraud, wire fraud and threatening of customers and was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment with a fine of $10,000. He later opened his next scamming website opticsfast.com in 2016 with his friend's name as the proprietor. He was again convicted for mail and wire fraud and was sentenced to two years in prison with $50,000 fine charges.
