Robert Obadia

Robert Obadia is ‘the former owner of a Canadian aircraft service 'Nationair' which went bankrupt in the year 1993. “Obadia became greedy and amassed much wealth by involving himself in fraudulent activities within the company which sank Nationair to a debt of C$ 75 million and above”. He was convicted for accounting and seven other frauds in the year1993, for which he pleaded guilty. He was ruled out with restitution charges and not one day in prison.
