Scammers may impersonate Comcast representatives via phone calls, emails, or fake websites, claiming that there are issues with the customer's account or services that require immediate attention. These scammers often employ threats of service disconnection or fines to pressure victims into providing personal information, such as account credentials, Social Security numbers, or payment details.
