The report states that 805-853-7512 may not accept VoIP calls and includes a fake invoice claiming to be from McAfee Tech. The invoice lists invoice number INV-HCCK3291FG8C95, date Tuesday, 30 June 2026, contact number +1 (805) 853-7512, service description Complete Care Hub, quantity x5, period of 5 years, total paid amount of $526.22 USD, and reference code a9449023-7e19-4218-bfb9-ec16eb9eb5e1. It also says billing questions should be directed to +1 805-853-7536 and is signed as McAfee Antivirus Plus with billing manager Jancik Iniguez. The message was also connected to a calendar invitation organized by Thomas Frisbee using thomasfrisbee@reenivo.com, with the guest list hidden. This type of scam is designed to make victims believe they have already been charged for antivirus protection or a long-term security plan. Scammers use fake invoice numbers, renewal periods, billing managers, support numbers, and calendar invites to make the notice appear legitimate. Once the victim calls either number, the scammer may pretend to be McAfee billing, antivirus support, or a refund department agent. They may ask for banking details, credit card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or remote access to the victim?s device. Anyone receiving a message connected with these numbers should not call back, should not open suspicious attachments, and should verify McAfee billing only through the official McAfee website or app.
