Phone numbers reported as (805) 853-6484 and (805) 853-6475 have been connected with a suspected Geek Squad scam, fake billing invoice scam, refund scam, warranty renewal scam, and Google Calendar phishing attempt. The report includes a suspicious Geek Squad message dated Monday, 29 June 2026, with bill ID GFG689DX1OXWU2 and service information claiming that coverage details were updated. The message thanks the recipient for using Geek Squad for the past 3 years and claims that an Access Package expired. It then lists a transaction management center with reference number L5QYEU5R8Q, service described as Service Tracking Network, warranty term of 3 years, paid amount of $395.18, and activation key b70f6edc-8a9c-497e-ab80-384d284e0daf. The notice tells the recipient to contact service phone number 1-(805) 853-6475 immediately if they wish to discard the order and receive a full refund. It is signed as The Geek Squad, Standard, with manager Comcast Blasone. The calendar invitation was organized by ADELIADA Zitz using adeliadazitz@lmh3.com, with the guest list hidden. This type of scam is designed to make victims believe they have been charged for a Geek Squad service, warranty, or subscription renewal. Scammers use fake bill IDs, activation keys, calendar invites, refund wording, and urgent callback numbers to pressure victims into calling. Once contacted, they may ask for banking details, credit card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or remote access to the victim?s computer. Anyone receiving a message connected with these numbers should not call back, should not open suspicious calendar links, and should verify Geek Squad billing only through official Best Buy channels.
