Scamming scenario:Individual claims to be self employed buys and sells for construction industry. Claims to have lived in CA for years he rarely answers questions. Claims to be of Swedish decent Wife died and one daughter in school. We did do a visual via Google, but I do not believe it was live, dubbed voice. Has a very heavy accent.
