Scamming scenario:Man claims to be stuck in Malaysia due to non payment. He is a doctor, says his passport was seized by Malaysian immigration and yet the us embassy can't help him. He will ask for money and send you phone document and ask for 17000 to help him,. Has a foreign accent and uses bad grammar when writing. Beware ladies!
