Says he needs a Kailua Visa card in the sum of $3000 USA dollars and will pay you back asap when he returns to the states. Says he wants you to send his daughter Alicia 100.00 for her birthday.

Then demands you to send him $7500.00 fir a first class plane ticket back to the USA so we can start our lives together and raise a family together. I told him no. He gets mad and won't speak for days on end. Then he gets to feeling sorry for himself and says he is sorry and loves you again and wants you in his life. He is a scammer. I did not send him any money. He has sent me several pictures of himself and his latest text he was in the hospital in London with malaria that he contacted at the hotel where he is staying.
