Introduces himself as a military doctor on duty in Kabul. 12-year-old daughter lives in boarding school in Texas then writes Yber Hangouts. He communicates with Yber Whatsapp. He would like to send a box with a lot of money because it is not safe in Kabul. You will receive a request for payment by email from the State Affaire. So that the package can be delivered. (allegedly) The request for payment is made daily. Because of the concern about the box. One is diligently wooed and love is expressed and the entry to Germany is announced soon. I have been in contact since February 2 and still exist at the moment. I became aware of inconsistencies and have googled yesterday on suspicion of fraudsters. And found him here.
