The two times I spoke to him his accent was from somewhere other than the U S he said it was Italian it wasn't. I could hardly understand him. He said he had a masters degree however his grammar was poor. After hours of texting and me being cautious when he suggested we meet I told him he needed stay at a hotel. I live in another state. He asked I make the reservation never offering to pay. The day before he was to come to meet me he said he had to fly to my state to fix machinery for a customer. In fixing the machine he broke something and needed to get a new part. The cost would be $12,000. He only had $7,000 can I loan him the rest. Of course he's blocked from contacting me.
