As Oil Contractor claims there was explosion on Rig and needs money for replacement and repairs of Rig. As Real Estate Agent poses as Owner of Glovia Properties in Spain. Asks for money on repairs for properties. As Paul Coleman asks for transportation money from stranded oil platform. All one and same person using different methods to get money.
