Scammer contacted me via friend request which I stupidly accepted. Some days later he contact me by FB Messenger and insisted it would be better to chat via Google Chat. He proposed within 24 hours, had very poor English and claimed to by an orthopaedic surgeon working for the UN in Yemen with a son at boarding school in the UK and was a widow(er) as I am. On day 5 of our chat he asked me to buy him an Apple Gift Card and screen shot the code so he could pay for his 'internet gadget'. This is when I smelled a very large rat.
