He is suppose to be an engineer. He builds trust and even does the videos with you. He sets up date to come and visit you then all of a sudden he has to go away on business. He had even said he would assist you with any money you needed. But when he is gone to the overseas emergency job he then needs money for food because overseas does not allow credit cards and since he has not started the job, they will not give him an advance.
