716-750-7578 - A PCH robocall scam has been reported involving the phone number 716-750-7578. This type of scam usually involves an automated call pretending to represent Publishers Clearing House, a prize department, a lottery office, or a sweepstakes claims team. The robocall may tell the recipient that they have won a large cash prize, vehicle, monthly payment, or special award, then instruct them to press a number, call back, or speak with a fake agent. Scammers may later ask for taxes, delivery fees, processing costs, insurance payments, gift cards, prepaid cards, banking details, or personal information before releasing the fake prize. Real Publishers Clearing House does not require winners to pay upfront fees to receive a legitimate prize. Anyone contacted by 716-750-7578 about a PCH prize or sweepstakes award should be cautious.
