I am trying to submit a scammer on scamripper.com but my submission will not go through. I want to submit a scammer please. This scammer found my mother on ScrabbleGo chat. He's been playing the long con for 8 months. He has the classic scammer story, that he can't Facetime due to security in a war zone. He has sent her photos, sent a teddy bear to our house and shown her fake passports and letters. He claims to be a UN employed Doctor working on "mission" in Libya. His first excuse for needing money was that he couldn't access his bank account in a "war zone." He needed money to pay for his son Kelvin's art school tuition. My Mom asked for the address, the name and all the information so she could send it directly to the "school" but he said that not telling her that information was to protect his "son" and his personal security. The second time she gave him money, he said it was to pay for his "legal fees" and "documents" to get home to the United States. He claims to be from San Francisco but speaks with a "Spanish" accent according to my mother. He claims to be widowed with one son named Kelvin, who, at one point, was also e-mailing her before I covertly blocked "Kelvin." I managed to send an embedded IP tracker from my mother's phone to him and traced all the clicks to Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The scammer was using a VPN to disguise his REAL IP address. Some of the clicks also came from the United States, in Seattle. She sent all the lost money via BitCoin. I have every reason to believe this is a ring of scammers because sometimes he speaks impeccable English and sometimes he doesn't. Please expose this fraudulent POS!
His photos are attached, some he sent her, some I found myself. The real person in these photos is Dr. Francisco Javier de Castro Martinez, he is a Spanish allergist in Madrid, Spain. I have sent him a letter to the hospital where he works but in the meantime, I am trying to expose this so that no other woman suffers this kind of scam at this scammers hands. There's also some notes that my Mom wrote about him attached too. Thank you for the work you do!
