He is also using a Non-Fixed VoIP Phone Number: +1 858 215 3685. This scammer says to me in WhatsApp online that he lives in Upper East Side of Manhattan New York USA, as a Engineer. He said to me he is going to retired next year. He has been a widower for past eight years.
