Soon I was asked for my email address and phone number and further correspondence took place via these methods. she was a civil engineer who bid for personal contracts. She won a bid for a contract in Malaga, Spain. After a month I was told that she had some problems with the local tax authority and needed to pay a non-resident tax. Her credit cards were maxed out due to equipment rental fees, hired workers, etc. Claiming she was desperate and had nowhere to turn, she asked if I could help her out and I did. After sending money via Money Gram to she In the amount of $400, she later required more but the Money Gram was not accepted. I then made a bank to bank transfer to the name of her friend.
