Description :
Ordered a product on April 7, 2020 and was charged 160.00 but still have not received my item. I've made several attempts to contact: phone, email, and online chat. The online chat was a ridiculous and it took forever in between the one word responses I did get. I gave my order number and then was told that yes that item SHOULD have been shipped but had not and that a request for an update would be sent and then an email sent to me. Before I could even ask about the email, the chat was terminated. I have tried repeatedly to call this am. You are given an option to speak to a customer service agent or the local Utah store. I waited to speak to customer service and then was given an option to either continue holding or to leave a message. I chose to hold and then automated service automatically tells you to leave a message. I tried the local store option and was told to leave a voicemail as well. If you google Sunplay the store, the map and store location come up and it reads "permanently closed" but yet the website is still taking orders and not responding to any means of communication. I have filed a claim thru my bank.
