Submit Any Scam

Description :

Recieved a call from them telling me that i was eligible for a 1 time federal funded grant of $5000 but i had to have an actual debit card for a $6 transaction processing fee. They took my prepaid card number to "see if it was going to be able to be processed and told me nothing was taken off of it when in fact 19.99 was taken from it without any warning. The night they are calling from will not let me call back and reach them because they claim it is a recorded line out and it can't recieve incoming calls. Now im out. Money and my card company wont put a cancel transaction on it and I'm just livid. I'm on a fixed income. Covid hit me hard and I am being scammed top boot. I'm at wits end with it all.
